The installation of the automatic tracking and positioning jet fire extinguishing device should meet the following requirements: electric control fire monitor

1. The automatic tracking and positioning jet fire extinguishing device should be powered on to perform simulation inspections of reset state, monitoring state, start-up, mechanical rotation, linkage control and other functions before installation. Those who fail to pass shall not be installed.

2. The automatic tracking and positioning jet fire extinguishing device should be installed after the system pipe network has passed the pressure test and flushing.

3. When the automatic tracking and positioning jet fire extinguishing device is installed on a flat ceiling or a flat beam bottom ceiling, the clearance height from the ground of the installation site to the bottom of the ceiling or the bottom of the flat beam should meet the requirements of Table 7.1.5.

4. When the automatic tracking and positioning jet fire extinguishing device is installed under the ceiling, the opening of the ceiling should not hinder the rotation of the fire extinguishing device.

5. The water inlet pipe of the automatic tracking and positioning jet fire extinguishing device should be vertical to the ground.

6. The pipe network is required to be reliably fixed within 0.5m from the automatic tracking and positioning jet fire extinguishing device, and the pipes are fixed firmly and without looseness.

7. Fire detection and automatic tracking and positioning components should be installed parallel to or below the ceiling, beam bottom, roof truss bottom and air duct bottom. There should be no obstacles that affect the detection angle of view around it.

8. The installation distance between the fire detection and automatic tracking and positioning component and the sprinkler should meet the requirements in Table 12.2.7.

9. A fire detection and automatic tracking and positioning component controls a sprinkler parallel to the sprinkler and the horizontal distance between the sprinkler ≥ 600

10. A fire detection and automatic tracking and positioning component controls 2 to 4 sprinklers parallel to the sprinklers. The horizontal distance from the center of each sprinkler layout plane is ≥600

11. The outer lead metal hose of the automatic tracking and positioning jet fire extinguishing device shall not hinder the rotation of the fire extinguishing device.

12. The solenoid valve should be installed on the horizontal branch pipe near the automatic tracking and positioning jet fire extinguishing device, and the horizontal distance from the automatic tracking and positioning jet fire extinguishing device should not be greater than 300mm; the water flow direction of the pipeline is consistent with the water flow direction required on the solenoid valve body.
